Our financial offering is structured similar to a line of credit to provide needed flexibility and a facility that can grow in availability with your business.

  • A SaaS Capital line of credit is based on one of two methods:
    • a multiple of monthly recurring revenue, usually 3 to 5 times
    • a percent of total unbilled contract value, usually 30-50% advance rate

  • Repayment is typically based on a 36 month amortization schedule designed to match your payment terms/structures.

  • Target company size is at least $3MM in recurring revenues with high gross margins.

In addition to our financial offering, we bring the technical expertise derived from working with dozens of SaaS companies. We can help you assess the reliability of your SaaS platform from codebase to datacenter.
