SaaS Capital provided the company with a $5 million MRR-based line of credit which freed-up investment for growth initiatives and improved the liquidity.
The company was sold to PGI (NYSE) in the fall of 2014.
The “use case” for Central Desktop was access to additional growth capital late in the VC investment cycle. The SaaS Capital facility did not disrupt the cap table or materially dilute existing shareholders, yet it provided expansion capital and liquidity which were important components of maximizing the exit.
